1. Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear.

  • Opened accessories or products missing original parts.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”

2. Return Process

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

After your request is approved, we will coordinate the pickup or return instructions. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued through bank transfer or cash, depending on the order details and your preference.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
